- Growing up, I always found myself in the kitchen, watching my mother bake and eager to help. I would get so excited when she would make icing and let me decorate my own cake. Baking quickly became a passion and I graduated Culinary Art School in the spring of 2004. To be honest, nothing excites me more than cake! I love to see how an edible creation can bring people such a great deal of joy.
